What happens if it rains on my rental day?

Safety first! We monitor weather closely. If conditions are unsafe (high winds, lightning, heavy rain), we'll work with you to reschedule at no charge. Light rain is generally fine for most units.

Do I need to provide anything for setup?

Just a flat, clear area in your yard with access to a standard outdoor electrical outlet within 100 feet. We bring everything else — the inflatable, blower, stakes, and safety mats.

How many kids can use the bounce house at once?

Each unit has a recommended capacity listed on its product page. As a general rule, we suggest 6–8 kids for standard bounce houses and 4–6 for combo units. Always supervise children during use.

Absolutely. Every unit is inspected, cleaned, and sanitized between every rental. We use commercial-grade inflatables that meet all Colorado safety standards.

When is payment due?

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Yes! We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Weather-related cancellations are always free, no matter the notice.

Do you offer discounts for multiple units?
